Connor Adams, PsyD | she/they

I support adult clients (age 18+) looking for help with relationships, trauma, coping skill development, and psychosis. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist, and I firmly believe that therapy should be tailored to the individual. I have sought advanced training in multiple therapies to allow flexibility in our work together. I am committed to providing thoughtful and respectful care that incorporates your lived experiences into our therapy.

In addition to running my group private practice, I am also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford University. I have worked across various levels of care, providing clinical services in hospital-based outpatient settings, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and psychiatric inpatient settings. This experience has allowed me to help individuals with a broad range of symptoms and experiences.

I strive to help my clients leave therapy feeling both understood and validated, as well as empowered to try new skills and techniques to create change in their lives.

Fay Hartje, LMFT, APCC | she/her

I am dedicated to helping adolescents, teens, and adults with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and psychosis. I also specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, including attachment trauma and complex trauma. I integrate techniques including nervous system regulation, cognitive-behavioral reframing, DBT, and systems work to help my clients achieve their goals.

I am particularly passionate about helping teens, young adults, and their families. Previously, I gained experience in case management through my work at the University of Washington. There, I worked with community agencies that supported justice-involved youth and families. This work was particularly impactful, as I was able to support individuals during challenging times and help individuals and families find their strengths.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, accruing clinical hours under Dr. Adams’ supervision. By pursuing dual licensure, I am gaining experience in all areas of therapeutic care, including work with children, couples, families, and adults. In addition to my clinical work, I am a clinical assessor and therapist in early psychosis/clinical high risk syndrome at University of California, San Francisco.

I specialize in helping adolescents, teens, and adults (age 12+) navigate trauma, identity development, and psychosis with compassion and evidence-based care. I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and I emphasize the mind-body connection in my work. My approach combines deep listening, practical coping strategies, and a focus on strengthening your sense of safety and self. Together, we work to reduce distress, foster resilience, and support meaningful recovery.

I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and disabled/chronically ill individuals. Together, we’ll work to help you show up in the world in a way that feels authentic and aligned with your values.

I draw from Attachment-based Therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, and somatic approaches, tailoring my approach to your goals. We’ll look at your past and your present, your thoughts and your feelings, what’s on the surface and what’s hiding underneath. I am a master's level therapist and am currently accruing clinical hours under Dr. Adams’ supervision to become independently licensed.

In addition to my clinical work, I am pursuing a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Nevada, Reno, as I am passionate about education.
