Connor Adams, PsyD

I support clients looking for help with relationships, trauma, coping skill development, and psychosis. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist, and I firmly believe that therapy should be tailored to the individual. I have sought advanced training in multiple therapies to allow flexibility in our work together. I am committed to providing thoughtful and respectful care that incorporates your lived experiences into our therapy.

In addition to running my group private practice, I am also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford University. I have worked across various levels of care, providing clinical services in hospital-based outpatient settings, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and psychiatric inpatient settings. This experience has allowed me to help individuals with a broad range of symptoms and experiences.

I strive to help my clients leave therapy feeling both understood and validated, as well as empowered to try new skills and techniques to create change in their lives.

Stephanie Stiavetti, APCC, AMFT

I specialize in helping people navigate the challenges of trauma and psychosis with compassion and evidence-based care. My approach combines deep listening, practical coping strategies, and a focus on strengthening your sense of safety and self. Together, we work to reduce distress, foster resilience, and support meaningful recovery.

I am also passionate about supporting neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and disabled/chronically ill individuals. Together, we’ll work to help you show up in the world in a way that feels authentic and aligned with your values.

I draw from Attachment-based Therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, and somatic approaches, tailoring my approach to your goals. We’ll look at your past and your present, your thoughts and your feelings, what’s on the surface and what’s hiding underneath. I am a master's level therapist and am currently accruing clinical hours under Dr. Adams’ supervision to become independently licensed.
